Bookmi Now is a platform that allows users to:

1. Book appointments with partnered beauty salons and stylists
2. Browse and explore available services
3. Communicate with salons through in-app messaging or contact options

Bookmi Now acts solely as a facilitator and does not provide salon services directly.

3. User Accounts

1. You must create an account to use certain features of the App.
2. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the App.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. You agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including:

1. Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward salons or other users
2. Uploading harmful or offensive content
3. Attempting to disrupt or hack the App

5. Booking and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the salon. Any payments processed through the App are handled by secure third‑party providers.

The salon service provider is solely responsible for:

1. The quality of services rendered
2. Any scheduling changes or cancellations
3. Health and safety compliance

6. Content Ownership

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App belong to Bookmi Now unless otherwise specified. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload but grant us a limited license to use it to operate the App.

7. Third‑Party Services

The App may include links or connections to third‑party tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or operations of third‑party platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis. We do not guarantee:

1. Uninterrupted or error‑free operation
2. Accuracy of service information provided by salons
3. Any specific results from using the App

9. Limitation of Liability

Bookmi Now is not liable for:

1. Service quality issues or disputes between users and salons
2. Loss or damage resulting from your use of the App
3. Any third‑party actions including payment providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the App (if any).

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

1. Violate these Terms
2. Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
3. Threaten the safety or integrity of the App

Users may terminate their account at any time through settings or by contacting support.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and protect your data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the App with the latest revision date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
